Happy Guru Purnima
On this sacred occasion of Guru Purnima, I bow my head with deep devotion at the lotus feet of my eternal Guru, Lord Shiva.
For me, Shiva is not merely a deity to worship—He is my Guru, my mentor, and my guiding light. Shiva is infinite, the boundless Universe itself, the eternal source of energy, wisdom, and consciousness. His true essence is beyond words, beyond definitions, and beyond human understanding. That is why He is revered as Mahadev, the Great Divine.
I have followed Lord Shiva since my childhood. My faith in Him has remained unwavering throughout my life. There have been moments when I have seen Him in my dreams. I consider these to be deeply personal spiritual experiences that have given me strength, clarity, and guidance during different phases of my life's journey.
Whenever I face challenges, uncertainty, or difficult decisions, I remember Shiva's qualities—calmness in chaos, fearlessness in adversity, wisdom in silence, and the power of transformation. These virtues inspire me to remain humble, resilient, truthful, and focused on my purpose.
Today, on Guru Purnima, I realize that I have no material offering worthy of my Guru. No wealth or possession can equal His infinite grace. The only offering I can make is my sincere devotion, unwavering faith, and the constant chanting of His sacred name:
Om Namah Shivaya!
May Lord Shiva continue to guide my path, remove ignorance from my heart, and bless me with wisdom, compassion, inner peace, and the strength to walk the path of truth and righteousness.
May His divine blessings illuminate the lives of all beings.
